Online Redemption:
1. Go to care.siriusxm.com and select “Login or Register” from the “Manage My Account” tab. 2. If you are a current subscriber, log in to your account and click on the “Redeem a Gift Card, Prepaid Card or Digital Service PIN” on the My Subscriptions tab. Enter the Card #, CVV2 and Valid Thru date. 3. If you are a new subscriber, click “I’m Ready to Subscribe” on siriusxm.com and enter your Radio ID or VIN. Complete steps 1-3 to create an account. Step 4, enter Payment Information and select the box “I have a SiriusXM Gift Card or Prepaid Subscription Card that I’d like to use.” Enter the Card #, CCV2 and Valid Thru date. Click “Update Total” to apply value of card to subscription. NOTE: A credit card is required to create a new account. Card Numbers must be entered exactly as displayed.
Phone Redemption:
1. Call SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-866-635-2349. 2. Inform the Service Agent that you have a SiriusXM Gift Card that needs to be applied to your account. 3. The Customer Care Agent may request your Radio ID or telephone number to locate your account. 4. Provide the agent with the Gift Card #, CVV2 and Valid Thru date to apply the credit to your account. 5. Start enjoying SiriusXM programming.
