This means that Lorna Jane Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Lorna Jane Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
-They do not include sales tax
-They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts
-They do not have an expiry date
-A balance of $10 USD or less is redeemable for a cash refund in our USA Lorna Jane retail stores
Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Amounts deposited on to a Lorna Jane gift card in the USA are in United States Dollars (USD) and can only be redeemed in United States Dollars (USD).

Lorna Jane Gift Cards are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
