Using a Gift/Rewards Card online
How to redeem your gift card:
During checkout, click the "use a gift card" button on the payment page. A window will open, then enter your 8 or 19 digit gift card number and PIN. (Only our 19 digit cards have a PIN. You may need to scratch off the covering to display the PIN.)
Select a contact address from the dropdown menu or create a new address.
Click on the "save and continue to checkout button.
Please note: If you still have a balance remaining on your order, you may add another gift card or select the "add a new card" link to add a credit card to cover the remaining balance. If you are a registered jcrew.com user, you may select a credit card you have previously used.
If the total cost of the merchandise is less that the amount on your gift card, your order will be processed and the balance will remain on the card so you can use it again.
